We're kicking off our biggest event of the year "Light the Luminaries for Paws" with our luminary pre-sale and Rice Bowl / Nacho Bar at Sluggers Bar & Grill on September 9th from 6 pm to 8 pm !! Along with our luminaries for sale, we'll also have merchandise and a raffle for Husker Football tickets. During the course of the evening, feel free to personalize your luminaries in memory of or in honor of your furbabies or anyone else you may choose. Or if you prefer, take your luminaries home to personalize and bring them to the event. The park was absolutely beautiful last year with all the luminaries and is such a wonderful tribute to our loved ones. Light the Luminaries for Paws will be held September 21st at Stolley Park in Grand Island. All proceeds help save lives! The Good Life Rescue is a small non-profit, foster based rescue mainly located in Central Nebraska trying to save as many companion lives as we can. We operate strictly on donations from generous hearts like yours.
