Brief Narrative: It was reported that a 17 year old was knowingly and intentionally being placed in a situation that endangers her mental health and placed in a situation to be sexually abused by Jesus Ortiz. Jesus would be placed under arrest for Intentional Child Abuse w/No Injury and the juvenile would be placed in a 48 hour hold.
