Brief Narrative: On 05/05/2025 at approximately 0951 hours, George Salpas III was contacted and arrested at 217 Cardinal Drive for an active Hall County Warrant. George was transported and arrested for FTA: PCS 29-426 IV FO CR23-418 and FTA: Operate Motor Vehicle/Avoid Arrest 29-426 IV FO CR23-124.

Brief Narrative: Dolly Kyne who was later contacted and determined to be under the influence of Drugs called 911 20 times to file a police report in which there was no evidence of a crime. Kyne had been contacted earlier by an Officer not to contact 911 again unless it was an actual emergency. There was no evidence of an emergency this time either. She was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), 0.7 grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Filing a False Police Report has priors.
