Location of Incident: W 14th St & N Broadwell
Brief Narrative: On 10/03/25 at 2125 Officers contacted Joshua Hicks at 14th and Broadwell Ave for a bicycle violation. Joshua admitted to possessing marijuana on his person. A glass pipe and methamphetamine were located during a search of his person. Joshua was placed under arrest for Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine (28-416 Class IV Felony)

Brief Narrative: Officers responded to 1321 N Huston Ave in reference to wanted person. Cassie Evans was contacted and was confirmed to have a Hall County warrant. Cassie was arrested for her Hall County Warrant - Possession of Controlled Substance [28-416(3)] Class 4 FO.

Location of Incident: 777 Fonner Park Rd
Brief Narrative: On 10/03/2025, officers responded to 777 E Fonner Park Rd, Grand Island Casino Resort, reference drugs. It was reported that a front desk worker had taken hygiene items up to a room and discovered potential drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the room. Angela Bonge was advised to be the guest who the room belonged to. Angela was contacted in the lobby of the hotel and later gave officers consent to enter her room. After officers entered Angela's hotel room, they observed a white crystal-like substance, suspected to be methamphetamine from training and experience, with additional drug paraphernalia. Angela was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. After obtaining a search warrant for the remainder of the room, officers located further evidence which was determined to be consistent with drug distribution. Bonge was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance [28-416(2)(B)] II FO, Possession with Intent to Distribute [28-416(1)(A)-F2A] IIA FO and Drug paraphernalia [28-441]

Brief Narrative: Jason Morehead was contacted and arrested for his active Hall County Arrest warrants. Hall County Warrant CR23-57 FTA Jail Sanction 29-426 IV FO, Hall County Warrant CR23- 311 FTA Jail Sanction 29-426 IV FO.

Location of Incident: 604 S Clark St
Brief Narrative: Victim reported his 2007 Buick Lucerne stolen overnight. This vehicle was recovered a short time later. There are no suspects/no witnesses.

Brief Narrative: Janell Perez was arrested for her active Hall County Warrants. Janell was subsequently found in possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Perez was arrested for Hall County Warrant CR24-66 FTA Sentencing Probation Violation 29-426 IV FO; Hall County Warrant CR24-3043 FTP Unauthorized Use of Fin Device 25-2121 II MO and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 28-441 INF.

Brief Narrative: On 10/04/25 a traffic stop was conducted on a silver Ford F-150 in the area of South Front street and Pine street. The driver, Jackson Monydeng, was placed under arrest for DUI +.150 (60-6,196(15)(A) Class W Misd., Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-1 Prior (60-6,197-15(A) I Misd. and Driving without Ignition Interlock w/ .02 (60-6,211.11 (2)(B) IV FO).

Brief Narrative: Victim advised her 2016 Ford Fusion was stolen from in front of the residence that also contained $800 worth of softball equipment. Case is open.

Location of Incident: S Cleburn St & W John St
Brief Narrative: On October 5, 2025, at approximately 12:05 AM, a traffic stop was attempted on a black Chevrolet pickup truck for a stop sign violation at the intersection of Anna St and Eddy St. The vehicle fled at a high rate of speed and in a willful reckless manner due to pedestrians being on and near the street at the time of flight.

Offender: Gregory Lyions
Date and Time of Incident: between 10/2/25 & 10/5/25
Location of Incident: 360 N Walnut
Brief Narrative: Lyions was contacted on a traffic stop near the intersection of Eddy St and North Front St, after he was observed operating a stolen Pontiac Sunfire (the vehicle was reported stolen out of Grand Island on 10/05/2025). An administrative records check of Gregory advised that his  Nebraska operator's license was suspended, with a prior conviction in Hall County on 02/24/2000. A search of the vehicle was conducted, and stolen property was recovered (that had been stolen out of Central City, NE). The stolen debit card, and medication prescribed to someone else, was found in Gregory's possessions, along with debit card with Gregory's name on it. Gregory Lyions was arrested for Theft-Unlawful Taking $1,500-4,999- IVFEL, DDS- 60-4,108- IIIMO, Criminal Possession of Financial Transaction Device- 28-621- IIIMO and Possession of Stolen Property- 28-517- IIMO.

Brief Narrative: On 10/05/2025 Officers responded to 715 1st Street W in reference a Burglary Attempt. Armando J Sandoval-Cortes was cited for Criminal Mischief-$501-$1499.
