Offender: Andrew Martin
Date and Time of Incident: between 9/5/25 & 9/10/25
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: On 09/05/25 a male identified as 38 year old Andrew Martin conversed via social media with a female who identified herself as being 14 years old. Andrew sent the 14 year old female approximately nine sexually explicit images and videos between 09/05/25 and 09/10/25. Andrew attempted to have the 14 year old female generate child pornography to send to him. Andrew also told the 14 year old on 09/09/25 and 09/10/25 the sexual acts he wanted to partake in with the juvenile. Andrew Martin was arrested for:
Enticement by Electronic Device; Sexual Assault [28-320.02] ID FELONY X 2 Counts
Sex Trafficking of a Minor [28-831] IB FELONY
Enticement by Electronic Device [28-833] X 9 counts

Brief Narrative: On 10/08/2025, Officers responded to a theft inside the City of Grand Island at Westside Storage. Investigation is ongoing.

Victim: Central Nebraska Bobcat Incident #: L25100662
Date and Time of Incident: between 9/6/25 & 10/7/25
Location of Incident: 3809 Westgate Rd
Brief Narrative: On 10/07/2025, officers responded to 3809 Westgate Rd; Central Nebraska Bobcat at 09:50 hours regarding equipment being stolen. A trailer and concrete planer were reported stolen. case is under investigation.

Victim: 75 yr old male Incident #: L25100671
Date and Time of Incident: between 9/27/25 & 10/7/25
Location of Incident: 4177 New York Ave
Brief Narrative: On 10/7/2025, officers took a report of a fraud. The victim reported to being scammed out of $2,500.00 from an unknown individual on Facebook Messenger claiming to be part of Publishers Clearing House.

Offense: Flight to Avoid
Victim: Incident #: L25100737
Date and Time of Incident: between 9/6/25 & 10/7/25
Location of Incident: 2nd and Pine St 
Brief Narrative: On 10-08-2025, officer conducted a traffic stop at 2nd and Pine St on a green sport bike. The bike then fled the traffic stop at a high rate of speed.
