 Brief Narrative: Officer observed a vehicle pull over without signaling its turn. The driver, identified via NE ID as Travis Louthan, had a revoked driver's license on a 15 year revocation for 3rd offense DUI. Travis also has at least one previous conviction for driving during revocation (Adam's County, 7/26/2023, CR22-231). Travis was arrested and transported to HCDC where he was arrested for DDR-2nd/subsequent, 60-6,197.06 IIA FO.

Location of Incident: Within City Limits Brief Narrative: On 10-19-2025 at around 8:00 am, officer made contact with an 11 year old female reference a sexual assault that took place. During the investigation, the 11 year old advised that Yoandrys Quesada-Zamora who is 43 years of age, sexually assaulted her while in their home. Yoandrys was arrested for 3rd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child [28-320.01(3)] Class II FO.
