Brief Narrative: Officers received information that Caleb R Juett had a Hamilton County Warrant CR 25 355 for Sexual assault. He was later contacted at 403 Lexington Circle and placed into Custody without incident.

Offender: Zachary Eberhardt

Location of Incident: 802 E 15th St
Brief Narrative: On 12-01-2025 at approximately 06:05 hours a disturbance call was dispatched to 802 E 15th St. During the investigation, it was determined Zachary Eberhardt, who is a convicted felon, was in possession of a pistol, deleted video evidence and was in possession of methamphetamine and used syringes. An arrest warrant was completed and he was referred to the County Attorney for:

Tampering with Physical Evidence [28-922] FO IV
Possession of Controlled Substance [28-416] FO IV
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [28-441] INF

Offense: Terroristic Threats
Victim: 40 yr old male Incident #: L25120079
Date and Time of Incident: 12/2/25 @ 00:53
Location of Incident: 3033 W Capital Ave; #5
Brief Narrative: On 12/02/2025, Officers responded to 3033 Capital Ave W; 5 in reference to a domestic disturbance. Contact was made with both parties with one party not wishing to pursue criminal charges.
