Brief Narrative: On 12/08/2025, Officers responded to a report of sexual assault that took place within city limits. A 56 year old male was arrested for:

Person Involved: 40 yr old male

Brief Narrative: Officers responded to a Grand Island address regarding a welfare check on a male who was passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. A 40 year old male was contacted as the driver of the vehicle. A DUI investigation was conducted and it was found that the male was suspected to be under the influence of a controlled substance and unable to operate a motor vehicle safely. During the investigation methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found. The male refused to submit to a chemical test of his urine. He was transported to Hall County Corrections for:

Brief Narrative: Party came to the police station and reported that an adult male was sending lewd photos to a juvenile that was under 16 years old. Case is under investigation.

Brief Narrative: On 12-8-2025 at around 1332 hrs, officer responded to a Grand Island location reference a theft of jewelry. Three necklaces estimated at around $4,000 were possibly stolen from this location.
