Location of Incident: N Park Ave & Cottage St
Brief Narrative: Officer observed vehicle traveling eastbound on Forrest St from Huston Ave in excess of the speed limit (25 mph). Speed was visually estimated at about 35 mph. Officer activated overhead red and blue lights in an attempt to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle at Cottage and Park. The vehicle drove recklessly fleeing from police and accelerated well in excess of the speed limit (25 mph), visually estimated at about 50 mph, going southbound on Park Ave through a residential neighborhood, where citizens were outside on the sidewalks.
