Brief Narrative: On 2-15-2024 at or around 1010 hrs, Officers contacted Sierra Lovejoy at 321 W. Koenig Street. Officers confirmed that Sierra had an active Hall County warrant for her arrest. She was placed into custody for the violations listed below.

Offense: Shoplifting
Victim: Incident #: L24021235
Offender: Enrique Rivero Tolon
Date and Time of Incident: 2/15/24 4:13 pm
Location of Incident: 417 N Sycamore St
Brief Narrative: On 2-15-2024 at or around 1613 hrs, Officers responded to the area of 1800 block of W 2nd Street in reference to a shoplifting call for service. It was determined, at 1400 hrs, Enrique Rivero Tolon entered 417 N. Sycamore Street (Eddies Esquina) and concealed a bottle of alcohol and left the store without paying for the item. The officer was able to review camera footage showing the theft. Enrique was placed into custody for the violations listed
below.
Theft by Shoplifting [28-511.01] IV Felony (Two priors)

Offense: Identity Theft
Victim: 61 yr old female Incident #: L24021209
Date and Time of Incident: 2/15/24 12:17 pm
Location of Incident: City limits of Grand Island
Brief Narrative: Victim came to the police station and reported that someone is using her social security number at a business here in Grand Island for employment purposes. The case is still under investigation.
