Brief Narrative: On 04/16/2025, Officers conducted a walkthrough of 777 E Fonner Park Rd. While in the building officers observed Grant Edwardson who they knew to have an active Hall County Warrant. Grant was contacted and placed under arrest for the Hall County Warrant. Officers conducted an administrative records check and confirmed the warrant before it was cleared from NCIC. Grant was transported and booked into the HCDC for HCW - CR21-664 - 29-2266 - FTA: Abandon/Cruel Neglect Livestock-Injury.

Offender: Joseph Dembowski
Date and Time of Incident: 4/15/25 @ 20:53
Location of Incident: W Capital Ave & Sherman Blvd
Brief Narrative: On 04/15/2025, at approximately 2053 hours, Officers contacted Joseph Dembowski on a traffic stop. Joseph was involved in a motor vehicle crash a few minutes prior and fled the scene. Joseph admitted to consuming alcohol and showed signs of impairment. Joseph was also found to be in possession of a loaded firearm during the traffic stop and did not immediately notify law enforcement. A DUI investigation was completed, and Joseph was arrested for Fail to Stop & Render Aid/No Serious Injury, DUI-Alcohol-1st offense, Carrying Concealed Handgun Under Influence-1st and Carrying Concealed No Disclosure-1st
