Victim: Dramco Tool Company Incident #: L24030010
Offender: Shad Fowler

Location of Incident: 502 Claude Rd
Brief Narrative: Shad Fowler took unsecured building material valued at $5142.10 from a pallet located on Dramco property, which he later sold to Kramers for $91.70. Shad Fowler was cited for Theft.

Offense: Child Abuse
Victim: 6 year old male Incident #: L24030116
Offender: Alfredo Torres

Brief Narrative: Alfredo Torres was arrested for the Child Abuse after kicking a 6 year old in the stomach, causing pain.

Offense: Counterfeit Currency
Victim: Habana Nights Incident #: L24030138
Date and Time of Incident: 3/2/24 @ 22:20
Location of Incident: 1403 S Eddy St
Brief Narrative: On 3/2/2024 at 2229 hours officer responded to 1403 Eddy St S; Habana Nights reference counterfeit currency. It was reported a male ordered drinks and passed a $100 bill that was checked and found to be fake. Once the male was confronted about this, he would run out of the building.

Victim: 44 year old male Incident #: L24030167
Offender: Joshua Taylor & Jason Heuson
Date and Time of Incident: 3/3/24 @ 05:30
Location of Incident: W 6th St & N Wheeler
Brief Narrative: GIPD Officers responded to 6th and Wheeler reference a suspicious call for service. Victim reports several male subjects parked their vehicle close enough to his vehicle he was sleeping in he couldn't get out. He asked them to leave him alone and to move. They then started beating on his van saying they were going to start it on fire and burn it down. He had his son with him and was very frightened. Victim reports they then got on his back bumper or the hood of their car and were messing with two gas cans, which were strapped to his roof. Victim feared for his and his son's life. Two males were located at the pickup blocking the doors van and identified with NE OLN, Joshua Taylor, and ID, Jason Heuson. One was determined to have been the owner of the vehicle, which reportedly drove up, Joshua Taylor. Joshua was not compliant and refused SFST's, Refused a PBT, and Refused a Chemical Test. There was open alcoholic containers with a drinkable amount in them in the pickup they were contacted by. Joshua Taylor was arrested for Terroristic threats, DUI-.15+ OR Refusal (1 prior conviction), Refuse to Submit to Test-1st offense and Possess/Consume Open Alcohol Container. Jason Heuson was arrested for Terroristic Threats.

Offender: Christopher Stanton

Location of Incident: 2219 W 2nd St
Brief Narrative: On 03-02-2024 at approximately 2204 hours, officer observed a vehicle at on old Hwy 30 facing south at the stop sign. The vehicle was observed turning east on Hwy 30 almost causing an accident with two other vehicle. Officer conducted a traffic stop where the driver was verbally identified and was confirmed after a records check with a Hall County Corrections booking photo as Christopher Stanton. Officer observed a meth glass pipe in the
vehicle. After a probable cause search of the vehicle officer located a bag of a crystal like substance from the officer’s training and experience to be meth. Officers also located hypodermic needles, scale, and another meth pipe in a zip up bag. Christopher said that around 1600 hours he took three puffs of meth and a hit of marijuana. Christopher showed impairment from SFST's and showed a passing BAC from the PBT. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center where a DRE evaluation was completed and it was determined he was under the influence of a drug and not able to operate a motor vehicle safely. Christopher Stanton was arrested for Drug Paraphernalia, Possession controlled substance, Reckless Driving and DUI Drug.

Offense: Driving During Revocation

Offender: Gerardo Ciprian
Date and Time of Incident: 3/3/24 @ 18:48
Location of Incident: 1420 S Locust St
Brief Narrative: On 03/03/2024 around 1848 hrs, an officer observed a vehicle westbound on State Fair Blvd approaching the intersection of Locust St. The light for westbound traffic turned red and then the vehicle went through the intersection. A traffic stop was initiated at 1420 S Locust St. Gerardo Ciprian was contacted as the driver of the vehicle. A records check of Gerardo's license status was completed. Gerardo's license came back as revoked from a conviction for refusing to submit to a chemical test. Gerardo also had two prior convictions for DUI. Gerardo was placed under arrest for Driving During Revocation from DUI and Stop Light Violation.

Offense: Assault
Victim: 26 year old male Incident #: L24030217
Date and Time of Incident: 3/3/24 @ 22:00
Location of Incident: 106 W 4th St
Brief Narrative: On 3/3/2024 at 2311 hours Officers responded to 2nd St W and Walnut St N reference a suspicious person in the road with blood all over him. Contact was made with a male who was observed to have a cut finger and scrapes all over his body. The male would report being assaulted with a knife causing a cut on his left pinkie finger. Male victim reports this taking place outside of a bar. There is no identified suspect at this time.
