Offense: Traffic Stop/Drugs Incident # L26011470
Person Involved: Tiana R Nabity
Date and Time of Incident: 1/15/26 10:15 am
Location of Incident: North Eddy Street
Brief Narrative: Officers conducted a traffic stop on North Eddy St for expired registration. The driver was contacted and identified as Tiana Nabity. Her driver’s license was found to be suspended with prior driving during suspension convictions. During an inventory of her vehicle, an unidentified pill was located and later tested presumptive positive for fentanyl compound or methamphetamine. Tiana was arrested for the charges listed below and transported to Hall County Jail.

Offense: Burglary Incident # L26011503
Victim: 54 yr old male, 57 yr old female
Person Involved: Ashley L Pracht
Date and Time of Incident: 1/15/26 2:34 pm
Location of Incident: West 6th Street
Brief Narrative: Officers responded to residence on West 6th Street in reference to suspicious person.
Ashley Pracht entered a home she does not live at and stole items from the home, which were located on her person after she was removed from the home. Ashley was arrested for the charges listed below and transported to Hall County Jail.
