Brief Narrative: Reporting party advised Angela Caloca was intoxicated and driving a black 2012 GMC Terrain. Officers located Angela in the driver seat of the vehicle and had the odor of alcoholic beverages coming from her person. Angela performed standardized field sobriety test and showed impairment. Angela provided a failing preliminary breath test and consented to a legal chemical blood test. It should be noted that Angela had three prior DUI convictions within the last 15 years and had prior driving during revocation. Angela was arrested for DUI-Alcohol-4th Offense and Drive While Revoked/Impounded (city)-2nd.

Location of Incident: 2004 N Wheeler Ave
Brief Narrative: On 5/28/25 around 1421 hrs., George A. Salpas was contacted in the parking lot of 2004 N. Wheeler. Salpas was arrested for two Hall Co. Warrants. Salpas was searched and a glass pipe with a burnt residue was located. This pipe is commonly used to ingest controlled substances. Salpas was arrested for his Hall Co. Warrants: CR23-124 FTA Flight to Avoid Arrest 29-426 IV FO CR23-418 FTA Poss. Controlled Substance 29-426 IV FO.

Brief Narrative: Store employee reported offender leased to own two items from the store. The offender did not make any payments and will not bring the items back to the store. The store sent the offender a certified letter requesting payment or for the items to be returned. The items have not been returned or paid for.

Location of Incident: 821 W Charles
Brief Narrative: On 05/28/2025, the reporting party came to LEC to report a theft. The reporting party stated that multiple items had been removed from her property without permission. Total value of items taken is $1,618.99. The investigation is active and open.
