Brief Narrative: It was reported that the child's (5 yoa) father assaulted his mother while he witnessed. After investigation, Augustine was arrested for 3rd Degree Assault-Domestic and Child Abuse/Neglect. A Criminal History on Augustine showed that he had three prior DV convictions. This DV charge was enhanced to a IIIA Felony.

Location of Incident: 415 S Cherry St; Apt D20
Brief Narrative: On 03/14/2025, Officers responded to a report of identity theft. The victim reported that an unknown person utilized their identity to secure two separate car loans. The victim reported the loans totaled over $12,000.00. This investigation is ongoing.
