Brief Narrative: On 12/03/2024 Officers were patrolling the area of 2nd St and Jefferson when a male was observed behind Casey's Gas Station. As Officers attempted to contact the male he would flee into the men's bathroom inside of Casey's. Officers determined Clifford had concealed drug paraphernalia in the men's bathroom. The male was arrested on the charges listed below.
