Location of Incident: 3050 N Broadwell Ave
Brief Narrative: On 07/31/2025, officers responded to Eagle Scout Park at 3050 N Broadwell Ave, reference a Welfare Check. Edward Sinner was contacted in the park bathroom as he was sitting on the floor with his genitals exposed and items lying next to him which were believed to be used for sexual gratification. A no trespass order for Grand Island city-owned parks was found on file for Edward. A bag of white, crystal-like substance was found in Ed's possession, as well; this was suspected methamphetamine. Edward was arrested and transported to HCC.

Offender: Gina E Reha, Cole L Anderson
Date and Time of Incident: 7-31-25 10:02 pm
Location of Incident: S. North Rd & Westgate Rd
Brief Narrative: On July 31, 2025, at approximately 10:00 PM, Gina Reha (driver) and Cole Anderson (passenger) were contacted during a traffic stop near the intersection of North Rd and Westgate Rd. Reha was ultimately arrested for DUI and related offenses. Anderson was arrested for drug offense.

Brief Narrative: Officers were detailed to 3820 Meadow Rd, reference a Disturbance. Case is still under investigation.
