Offense: Sexual Assault of a Child
Victim: 21 yr old female, 46 yr old female, 18 yr old female, 41 yr old female, 29 yr old female

Offender: Terry Rawlings & Flora Gonzalez
Date and Time of Incident: Between 7/23 & 1/10/25
Location of Incident: 402 W 4th St
Brief Narrative: On 1-10-2025 at around 11:23 am, officer made contact with an adult female reference reporting multiple sexual assaults. A total of four victims eventually provided information related to multiple sexual assaults from July 2023 to current date. While speaking with a victim during an unrelated incident, an adult male who was identified as Terry Rawlings, came up behind her and purposefully touched her buttocks which was unwanted by the female. This incident took place in front of GIPD officers. The victim in this incident wanted to press charges and stated that there were other female victims (employed by this business) that were also sexually assaulted by Terry regularly in the past. Multiple females came to the police department and made reports reference being sexually assaulted by Terry on multiple occasions over the past couple years. One of the victims in the matter was only 11 years of age when she was touched in a sexual manner by Terry at his business. Terry was located and arrested for multiple counts of sexual assault and sexual assault of a child. Terry was also charged with child abuse (same 11 year old (at the time) victim) due to the nature of endangering this child while committing the sexual assault of this 11 year old victim.
On 1-11-2025 Flora Rawlings was arrested for tampering with a witness incident. During a sexual assault investigation, multiple victims reported that Flora was told about the multiple sexual assaults taking place at her business involving her husband, Terry Rawlings and female employee victims. Flora would at times laugh at the victims and then advised them not to contact the police about this incident. The victims advised that at times Flora would threaten them with deportation and contacting attorneys about them. Flora was Terry Rawlings arrested for Sexual Assault Of A Child x2 counts, Child Abuse and Sexual Assault 3rd Degree x4 counts Flora Gonzalez arrested for Tampering x3 counts.

Brief Narrative: Brittany Tillemans was observed in front of her residence at 107 E 20th Street and placed under arrest for her active Hall County Arrest Warrant. Brittany was transported to HCC for her Hall County Warrant CR25-85 Burglary 28-507 II FO.

Location of Incident: W Capital Ave & St Patrick Ave
Brief Narrative: On 1/10/2025 at 1928 hours GIPD Officer attempted to make a traffic stop on grey Honda Civic for speeding at Capital Ave and Webb Rd. The vehicle failed to stop and shortly after was involved in an accident at Capital Ave and St. Patrick Ave. The driver, Zaccheaus Venteicher was placed under arrest for speeding and felony flight to avoid. During the investigation of the accident and traffic stop, illegal drugs and paraphernalia were located in Venteicher's vehicle. He  was arrested for Felony Flight to Avoid Arrest, DUI-Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Speeding.

Victim: 46 yr old female, 23 yr old male, 10 yr female Incident #: L25010812
Offender: Juan Antonio Cinco Zuniga
Date and Time of Incident: 1/10/25 @ 21:40
Location of Incident: 810 E 7th St; Apt B
Brief Narrative: Officers responded to a Domestic Disturbance at 810 7th St E Apt B. An adult female reported her husband Juan A Cinco Zuniga, punched her with a closed fist on her nose and shoulder. The female had red visible marks and had fresh blood inside of her nose. Her juvenile daughter witnessed the assault. Juan admitted to breaking the victim's iPhone with an estimated value of $350.00. Juan also pushed the victim's son to the ground and punched him with a closed fist on his right cheek. Officers observed the male victim to have red marks on his right cheek. Juan was later located and arrested for Domestic Assault, Child Abuse, Assault Cause Bodily Injury to Person and Criminal Mischief $0-500.00.

Offender: Yuraisy Liriano Alejo

Location of Incident: 1803 North Front St
Brief Narrative: On 01/12/25 at 0113 officers conducted a traffic stop on a white SUV for making an improper lane change in the area of 2nd Street and Broadwell Ave. The driver of the vehicle, Yuraisy Liriano Alejo, was placed under arrest for driving while impaired by alcohol. A white powdery substance that field tested positive for cocaine was located in her property at the Hall County Jail. Yuraisy Liriano Alejo was arrested for DUI 1st and Possession of a Controlled Substance Cocaine. 

Offense: Motor Vehicle Theft
Victim: 25 yr old male Incident #: L25010855
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/10/25 & 1/11/25
Location of Incident: 1109 W 9th St
Brief Narrative: Victim reported his 2005 Honda Accord worth $3,000 was stolen. The victim advised he left his keys in the vehicle. Case is open.

Offense: Domestic Assault
Victim: 27 yr old female, 5 yr old female Incident #: L25010937
Offender: Jose Cordoba Leon
Date and Time of Incident: 1/12/25 @ 12:45
Location of Incident: 610 W Division
Brief Narrative: On 1-12-25 a female reported being assaulted by her boyfriend whom she is currently pregnant by. The female reports being struck in the face and head causing visible injuries. Also present at the time of the assault and witnessed the events was the juvenile daughter of the adult victim. A witness would confirm the events. The male, Jose Cordoba Leon would be located and arrested for 3rd Degree Domestic Assault Against a Pregnant Female and Negligent Child Abuse.

Brief Narrative: A female reported her $300 phone was taken from her while she was in her residence. The male suspect pushed her back onto her bed while the female suspect grabbed her phone. Case is open.
 
Offense: Forgery
Victim: 57 yr old female Incident #: L25010970
Date and Time of Incident: between 1/11/25 & 1/12/25
Location of Incident: 4260 W Capital Ave
Brief Narrative: On January 12, 2025, officers responded to 4260 W Capital Ave in response to a fraud report. On scene the reporting party stated their business information was being manipulated by another person and that person is planning on stealing credit card information used at her business. Investigation is ongoing.

Brief Narrative: On 1/12/2025 at approximately 2131 hours, officers were dispatched to McDonalds located at 3323 W State St. reference a counterfeit $100 bill a customer attempted to use while purchasing food.

Brief Narrative: A 2008 Pontiac G6 was reported as stolen. Vehicle was later recovered.
