Brief Narrative: On 06-23-2024 at approximately 13:48 hours a belated sexual assault was reported within the city limits of Grand Island. The victim reports she was sexually assaulted without consent. Angel Lopez was contacted and interviewed. Angel was read his Miranda Rights and advised he understood them and was willing to speak without an attorney present. Angel admitted to having sex with the victim and sexually assaulting her. Angel was placed under arrest for Sexual assault 1st degree.

Offender: Robert Ontiveros
Date and Time of Incident: between 9/1/10 & 4/16/24
Location of Incident: Within City Limits
Brief Narrative: On 4-16-2024 at around 1351 hrs, and adult female came into the Grand Island Police Department to report a sexual assault. Robert Ontiveros was arrested for Sexual Assault- 1st Degree on or about 09/25/2010-09/26/2010 and Sexual Assault- 1st Degree on or about 05/25/2020-05/26/2010.

Date and Time of Incident: 6/27/24 @ 16:15
Location of Incident: 2508 Chanticleer St; Apt 9
Brief Narrative: On June 27, 2024, at approximately 1713 hours, officers were dispatched to 2508 Chanticleer St Apt 9, to the report of a weapon used in a threatening manner by a juvenile. The victim reported what appeared to be a firearm was pointed at her on two occasions inside of the residence. The firearm was recovered and determined to be a BB gun resembling a pistol. The juvenile was located, taken into custody, and a probation officer was called to assist with the juvenile. The juvenile was cited for Terroristic Threats and Use Of a Deadly Weapon to Commit a Felony. The juvenile was released to his parent on an ankle monitor.
