Brief Narrative: Officer contacted Clifford Kennicott walking behind the Whitehorse Tavern, 1803 W North Front St. Clifford was arrested on two outstanding Hall County arrest warrants. During a search of Clifford's backpack, a stolen bank bag containing stolen IDs, checks, and other documents was located alongside cards and documents belonging to Clifford Kennicott. Clifford was convicted of theft by deception in Hall County (CR15-458) on 8/26/2015, and theft by shoplifting in Hall County (CR15-215) on 8/26/2015. Clifford was arrested for:

Brief Narrative: Reporting party reported that a handgun was stolen from his office sometime over the last 30 days. There is no signs of forced entry. The estimated value is $900.

Brief Narrative: The victim reported an employee attempted to send $3027 from his store to Guatemala without authorization. The transaction was denied. The victim does not wish to pursue charges at this time.
