Hastings Blows Past Plainsmen

The Hastings Sodbusters overcame an early 3-0 deficit for a 12-5 win over the Plainsmen. Two first inning errors opened the door for three runs, but Hastings scored a run in the first and four in the second and never trailed again.
Graham Hylton, playing in his final game for the Sodbusters, tripled, doubled, knocked in two, and scored once. Chase Phillips was 2-4 with an RBI and two runs scored. He also stole three bases.
Austin Raines worked the first five innings for his first win of the season.
