Hastings College expands Path to HC scholarship program to all students in Nebraska, Colorado

(Hastings, Nebraska) – Hastings College is making its high-quality, private college education more accessible than ever by expanding its Path to HC scholarship program to all students in Nebraska and Colorado. The program, which was previously available only to a select group of Nebraska high schools, is now open to every student in both states.

The expansion marks a significant commitment by the College to broaden opportunity and ensure that dedicated students have a clear pathway to earning a degree at Hastings College.

"Expanding Path to HC to cover all of Nebraska and Colorado is a powerful statement about who we are," said Traci Boeve, dean of enrollment and financial aid. "We want talented students from every corner of these states to know a Hastings College education is within their reach. This program is about building bridges, removing financial barriers and opening doors for the next generation of leaders, creators, and professionals."

To qualify for the Path to HC program, prospective students must have a high school GPA of 2.65 or higher. Eligible students must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which opens October 1 at fafsa.gov, and meet specific income requirements to secure the program's full benefits.

High school seniors can begin the process by completing the free Hastings College application at hastings.edu/apply.

The college encourages students, families and educators to explore what the Path to HC program offers. For complete details on qualifying income levels and specific award structures, please visit hastings.edu/pathtohc.
