Reported Offenses:
On February 17, 2025, a 16-year-old Hastings resident reported a hit and run in the 300 block of West 12th Street.
On February 17, 2025, a 52-year-old Hastings resident reported an out of control juvenile in the 1700 block of Crane Avenue.
Arrests/Citations:
On February 17, 2025, a 17-year-old Hastings resident was cited for misuse of a learner’s permit, no proof of insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana less than an ounce in the 400 block of South Elm Avenue.
