Island Oasis to Offer Lazy River Walking and Lap Swimming

Grand Island, Neb. — Island Oasis Water Park is pleased to announce the return of its popular lazy river walking and lap swimming opportunities, offering community members a refreshing way to stay active this summer in a low-impact, outdoor environment.

Beginning Friday, June 20, these activities will be available every Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Island Oasis. The cost of admission is $5 per person daily, and entry is valid only during the designated two-hour time frame. Season pass holders may participate at no additional cost.

Participants must be 16 years of age or older to take part. For safety and enjoyment of all attendees, no children will be admitted during this time. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, ease joint pain with low-impact movement or simply enjoy a peaceful morning in the water, these sessions are a great way to make the most of Grand Island’s premier aquatic facility.
