LB669 Debate Continues at the Legilsature

The Nebraska Legislature spent another hour debating LB669 on Monday. The bill from Senator Tanya Storer would update the state’s informed consent statutory framework for abortion to ensure proper screening, evaluation, and assistance for instances of coercion, domestic violence, and human trafficking. District 33 Senator Dan Lonowski luh-NUSS-kee of Hastings spoke in favor.
