• Nebraska leads the all-time series against North Dakota State with an 8-1 record vs. the Bison in nine all-time meetings.

Home Sweet Home at Hawks Field

• Nebraska is in its 25th season playing at Hawks Field this season and hasn't had a losing season at home in any of the last 24 seasons.

• Following the series sweep over Michigan State last weekend, the Huskers are 445-183-1 in 629 all-time games at Hawks Field.

Katskee Takes the Mound on Wednesday

• Redshirt junior Cooper Katskee gets the nod on Wednesday night and is 1-0 on the season with a save and a 1.42 ERA in 12.2 innings this season with 19 strikeouts.

• Katskee struck out a career-high 10 batters in his first start as a Husker in last week's win vs. Omaha. The right-hander allowed three runs, two earned, on five hits in six innings of work.

• The Miami (OH) transfer tossed a pair of scoreless frames in Nebraska's 10-1 win vs. No. 16 Florida State and pitched 2.2 shutout innings in the Huskers' 9-8 win at No. 7 Auburn earlier this season.

Mac of All Trades

• Junior Mac Moyer has been a mainstay in the leadoff spot and a key contributor for the Husker offense this season, ranking among the team leaders in a variety of categories.

• The center fielder has seen action in every game this season, reaching base safely in the last 14 contests and entering tomorrow's midweek matchup with an eight-game hit streak.

• Moyer leads the Huskers with a .547 on-base percentage and 14 walks drawn while ranking second in batting average (.420), hits (21) and multi-hit performances (7).

• Additionally, Moyer holds the third-best OPS (1.067) for the Big Red and sits fourth on the team with five doubles, a .520 slugging percentage and 11 runs scored.

Carey Swinging One of the Nation's Top Bats

• Dylan Carey leads the nation with 31 hits and 2.07 hits per game while batting .456 on the season, which ranks third in the Big Ten and 26th nationally as of March 10. 

• Carey holds a .471 on-base percentage and has been one of the most productive hitters in the country, ranking in the top 32 nationally in batting average, hits, hits per game, doubles, doubles per game, RBI, RBI per game, slugging percentage and total bases.

• The senior ranks second in the Big Ten and eighth nationally in total bases (56), driven by a team-high five home runs and eight doubles.

• The Castle Rock, Colo., native has started all 15 games, going 31-for-68 with 23 RBI, ranking third in the Big Ten and 31st nationally, and a slugging percentage of .824, which ranks fourth in the conference and 40th in the country.

Other Bats in the Husker Lineup

• Case Sanderson has scored a team-best 16 runs and is second on the team with eight walks while batting .345 with seven doubles, a home run, seven runs driven in and a .960 OPS.

• Jett Buck is batting .327 at the plate with four doubles, three home runs, nine RBI and 11 runs scored after homering twice in last weekend's sweep of Michigan State.

• Joshua Overbeek is hitting .316 with six doubles, 10 RBI and 14 runs scored while tallying a .429 on-base percentage.

• Cole Kitchens has doubled five times and is second on the team with 16 RBI as NU's designated hitter, while Will Jesske has three doubles, three homers, 10 RBI and a .324 batting average in 11 starts.

• Jeter Worthley has been hit by pitch a team-high six times while recording three doubles among his eight hits and eight runs scored in 12 games this season.

Notable Arms in the Pen

• Ryan Harrahill is one of two NU relievers with six appearances this season and holds a 0.90 ERA with one run allowed on six hits with seven punchouts in 10 innings of work.

• Kevin Mannell is 1-0 on the year with a save in six appearances and has totaled a 4.82 ERA and 10 strikeouts in 9.1 innings.

• J'Shawn Unger holds a 2-1 record and a save in five relief outings while posting a 4.00 ERA and nine strikeouts with an opposing batting average of .156 in nine innings.

• Caleb Clark is 1-1 on the season through six appearances on the mound and has held opposing batters to a .118 hitting clip in five innings, while Chase Olson is 1-0 with a 2.70 ERA across four relief appearances.

• Pryce Bender has a 1.17 ERA and a save in three appearances after allowing a run across six hits in 7.2 innings this season.

• Tucker Timmerman and Colin Nowaczyk have seen action in four relief outings, while southpaws Grant Cleavinger and Braxton Stewart have toed the rubber three and two times, respectively.

Carey Nearing All-Time Doubles Record

• With 55 career doubles in four seasons at Nebraska, Dylan Carey needs two doubles to become the program's all-time leader.

• Carey is tied for second all-time after doubling eight times through Nebraska's first 15 games this season.

• The Castle Rock, Colo., native is tied with Daniel Bruce (2002-05) and Matt Hopper (2000-03) and is one shy of tying Will Bolt 's (1999-02) program record of 56 career doubles.
