Northwest Basketball Splits At Seward Saturday

(Seward, NE) - The Northwest basketball teams were back on the road on Saturday afternoon traveling to Seward to take on Central Conference Bluejays. The Vikings had a road trip Friday night at Crete as the Viking girls picked up a 62-27 win. The Northwest boys fell to Crete 57-45. 

On Saturday the Northwest girls fell to Seward by a final score of 65-38. The Northwest boys would snag a win on the road doing the Bluejays by a final score of 56-51. 

The Vikings will be back in action on Friday, December 20th hosting Lexington. The girls' game will be at 5:30 pm with the boy's game to follow at 7:15 pm. Both squads will return to the hardwood on Saturday, December 21st at Aurora. Listen to both games live on 103.1 FM & 2dayfm1031.com. Girls' game at 3:00 pm with the boys game to follow at 5:00 pm.
