Northwest Football Runs Away From Hastings, 40-0

(Grand Island, NE) - The Northwest football team would run away from Hastings on Friday night, defeating Hastings 40-0 at Viking Field. 

Northwest would get three rushing touchdowns and a passing touchdown from Caejon Suttles. The Vikings also recovered a backward pass by Hastings to return for a touchdown by Zane Harb. 

The Vikings would hold a 19-0 lead by halftime. Northwest is now 1-1 on the season and back in action on Friday, September 12th at Lexington. Hastings 0-2 will host Bennington next week.
