Softball: Caspersen leads Northwest to Win Over York

(Grand Island, NE) - At the plate and in the circle, Kylie Caspersen led the charge for the Northwest softball team Monday night in an 8-0 win over the York Dukes. Caspersen would throw a one-hitter and have five strikeouts in five innings of work. The Northwest senior would also have two doubles at the plate. The first one of the night would be in the first inning bringing in a run. Reyse Zobel and Ava Smith would each have a double and RBI in the game.
