Sunrise Middle School to Host Annual Veterans Day Celebration

Kearney Public Schools and Sunrise Middle School invites the community to attend its Annual Veterans Day Celebration on Tuesday, November 11, at the Sunrise Middle School Gymnasium, located at 4611 Avenue N.

The morning will begin with a free breakfast for veterans at 7:45 a.m., followed by a ceremony at 8:30am honoring the brave men and women who have served our country.

This annual event provides an opportunity for students, staff, and community members to reflect, celebrate, and show gratitude for the sacrifices made by our nation’s heroes. The program will include patriotic performances, student tributes, and recognition of local veterans.
