Accident Then Foot Chase Leads To Arrest In Grand Island

(Grand Island, NE) - On Tuesday, December 11th Grand Island Police reported that Ethan Engelhardt was determined to be the driver involved in a traffic crash following the initiation of a traffic stop from Hall County Deputies. Ethan fled the scene on foot without providing any information. Engelhardt was found hiding in the backyard and fled from officers on foot where he was then subdued by the school safety officer for Wasmer Elementary until the officers could take control of him. Ethan Engelhardt was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine.
