Aurora SB Has Special Night in Seward

Aurora bounced Seward 11-1 on Tuesday. The Huskies broke open a tie game with a five run third. Zoe Johnson tossed a five-inning no-hitter while striking out seven. Londyn Teahon went 3-4, homered, drove in two and scored once. Adriana Brei had a home run as part of a 2-4 night. Adi Fahrnbruch was 2-2, tripled, and scored twice. In the process, she tied her sister Eva for the school record for triples in a season and extended her season and career runs-scored school records. Hannah Janda was 3-4, knocked in three and scored once.  Aurora has 16 homers for the season, which broke last year's school record of 14. 

The Huskies take on York in the Central Conference Tourney in Seward on Thursday. Next coverage of Aurora Softball will be Monday at the B8 Sub-District. on 97.3 the Wolf.
