Flooding: USDA/FSA Reaches Out To Howard County

Howard County Emergency Management received a letter from the USDA/Farm Service Agency division addressing the recent flooding that Howard County has gone through with the rains in the last few weeks.

"Due to the recent recent flooding events caused by significant rainfall received in a short amount of time, beginning on May 30, agricultural producers may be eligible for USDA program benefits, based on their loss types".
