Brief Narrative: An adult employee working for Health and Human Services in Grand Island was received a call by an unknown male who requested their address and advised he was on his way and he had a gun. The number was later determined to be assigned to Brian Batts of Grand Island. The number was called and Brian answered the phone and was located, interviewed and arrested for 1 Count Terroristic Threats and 1 Count of Obstruction of a Government Operation.

Brief Narrative: State Glass reported a check was stolen, altered and cashed by someone who was not the intended recipient of the check. Case is open.
