Brief Narrative: On 03/06/2026, officers conducted a traffic stop at S Locust St/W Anna St. The driver, Heidi Nunez Delgado, was driving under the influence with a child in the vehicle. Nunez Delgado was arrested and transported to Hall County Corrections.

Brief Narrative: On 03/06/2026, officers located Mayra Almayra in the residence on E 16th St. An administrative records check revealed that Almayra had an active Hall County Warrant. Almayra was placed under arrest and booked into Hall County Corrections.

Location of Incident: Grand Island Residence
Brief Narrative: It was reported to a CAC worker, with law enforcement present, by a 10-year-old girl victim, to have been touched under her clothing, on her intimate body parts, by her 35-year-old stepfather. This was reported to have occurred in Grand Island, Nebraska, between 12 and 24 months prior (03/06/2024-03/06/2025) from the time of being reported to law enforcement. The mother knew about the allegation, failed to report it to law enforcement, and allowed several juveniles to be in a dangerous environment. Five children were placed in a 48-hour hold.

Brief Narrative: Officers responded to a Grand Island Business on W 2nd St, after someone contacted the business advising that something was going to pop off in the next 30 minutes. Joshua Poppen was contacted a short time later, admitting to writing a message on a social media platform, in an attempt to scare employees. Joshua was subsequently arrested and transported to Hall County Department of Corrections.

Location of Incident: W 12th St
Brief Narrative: RP reported threatening voice messages. Through an interpreter, it was provided that the messages threatened death to the RP. The messages were found to be from Fernando Gomez, who was later contacted. He admitted he sent the messages while intoxicated and that he was upset over a previous altercation with the RP.
