Kearney Park Splash Pads to Open

Kearney Park and Recreation Officials have announced that the Kearney Park Splash Pads at East Brooke, Pioneer, Collins, Dryden, and Yanney Parks will open on Friday, May 17. The hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. The water features can be activated by pressing a button located in each splash pad. Patrons are asked to adhere to all safety precautions listed on splash pad signs. For more information, please call the Department at 308-251-3264. At this time the Hammer Park splashpad is not operational and in need of repairs. Parks staff is working with our vendor to evaluate repair options to get this amenity back into service.
