St. Francis Foundation Hosts Ticket to Win
GRAND ISLAND, Neb. — The winning ticket for CHI Health St. Francis Foundation’s seventh annual Ticket to Win fundraising raffle will be announced Thursday, June 6 at the Riverside Golf Club. The public is invited to the free open house beginning at 4:30 p.m. with raffle ticket prize drawing at 6:30 p.m.
The open house will feature appetizers, cocktails and a silent and live auction. Several must-be-present-to-win door prizes, including four $250 cash cards for general attendees and four $100 grocery gift cards for emergency first responders, will be drawn during the hospital’s premiere fundraiser.
Tickets for a chance to win a $10,000 cash grand prize, $5,000 first prize, or one of ten $500 cash card prizes, will also be available to purchase at the event. Ticket to Win raffle ticket holders do not need to be present to win.
Half of all proceeds from Ticket to Win provides life-saving equipment and training to emergency first responders for unbudgeted items in Hall, Hamilton, Howard, Merrick and Greeley counties–over $248,000 since its start.
This year, the remaining half of all proceeds will be directed to the hospital’s Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit for Project Xcite2. This new electrical muscle stimulation technology promotes recovery of the nervous system and improved health and independence for stroke, brain and spinal cord injury patients, including those with Parkinsons and multiple sclerosis.
